The Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA), 3-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Chambersburg for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout on Tuesday, September 30. Mechanicsburg will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wilson (West Lawn, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-6.

The Mountain Lions (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA). The Eagles enter the Mid-Penn - Commonwealth match with a 6-4 record.
