With the win, Bloomfield improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bengals travel to Irvington (Irvington, NJ) to encounter the Blue Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, September 26. The Blue Knights go into the battle with a record of 1-5.

The Maroon Raiders now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Newark Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 25. Nutley will meet a Minutemen team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 3-4.
