    The Queen's Grant Stallions volleyball squad (Matthews, NC), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars (Monroe, NC)

    With the win, Central Academy of Technology & Arts improves its record to 7-10 on the season. The Cougars travel to Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to encounter the Bearcats in a Rocky River 4A/5A battle on Thursday, September 25. The Bearcats go into the battle with a record of 14-2. Anson won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC)

    The Stallions now own a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradford Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, September 26. Queen's Grant will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 11-7.
