Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Delphian Dragons (Sheridan, OR) and the visiting Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR), observed Delphian's volleyball team top Santiam by a count of 3-1.

The Dragons (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Pioneers enter the 2A Tri-River contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Western Christian notched a victory over Colton (Colton, OR), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Wolverines now own a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colton for a 2A Tri-River battle on Thursday, September 25. Santiam will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 1-7.
