With the win, Northwestern Regional improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Highlanders travel to St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT) to meet the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 25. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. St. Paul Catholic lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT)

Next, the Bobcats meet the Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT) in a Berkshire challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Lakeview will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Terryville (Terryville, CT).
