Arizona High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge crushed by Pinnacle

In Wednesday's league match, the Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Pioneers battle the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) in a 6A - Desert Valley battle, on Thursday, September 25. Pinnacle will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Jaguars go into the battle with a 13-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Liberty (Peoria, AZ).

The Mountain Lions now own a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Village for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. Mountain Ridge will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 6-5.
