California High School Volleyball - Mt. Eden bounced by San Leandro

San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, San Leandro improves its record to 4-6 on the season. The Pirates travel to Hayward (Hayward, CA) to face the Farmers in a West Alameda County - Shoreline challenge on Thursday, September 25. The Farmers come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Hayward lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA)

Next, the Monarchs meet the Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) in a West Alameda County - Shoreline challenge, on Friday, September 26. Mt. Eden will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA).
