In Wednesday's league challenge, the host New West Charter Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 win over the Stella High Charter Academy Eagles.

With the win, New West Charter improves its record to 12-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Sharks in a game on Monday, September 29. The Sharks go into the game with a record of 7-5. Math & Science College Preparatory won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Discovery (Sylmar, CA)

The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Animo South Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers come into the Crosstown outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, Animo South Los Angeles lost by Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
