Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Apollo Ridge knocks off Ligonier Valley

Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 28. Apollo Ridge will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 12-1 league win over Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA).

The Rams now possess a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laurel Highlands for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 27.
