In Monday's non-league battle, the host Alden Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Depew Wildcats.
The Bulldogs (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Griffith Institute (Springville, NY). The Griffins come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record.
The Wildcats (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against East Aurora (East Aurora, NY). The Blue Devils come into the Erie County Interscholastic Conference battle with a 3-2 record.
