The Coffee Trojans softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Bacon County Raiders to 1 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Coffee moves its record to 14-3 on the year. The Trojans host Statesboro (Statesboro, GA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a 5A Region 1 game on Wednesday, September 27. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 10-5. Statesboro won 6-5 in their recent league game against Ware County (Waycross, GA)

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Irwin County Indians (Ocilla, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 1 game, on Thursday, September 28. Bacon County will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 8-8 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Charlton County (Folkston, GA).
