The Pryor Tigers got by the host Coweta Tigers softball squad by a count of 1-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Tigers (20-16) will now prepare for their battle against Verdigris (Claremore, OK). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 21-5 record. In their last battle, Verdigris was edged by Wagoner (Wagoner, OK), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now sport a 14-21 record. They play next when they travel to Charles Page for a non-league battle on Monday, September 25.
