The Springville Tigers (Springville, AL) volleyball overcame the visiting Ashville Bulldogs (Ashville, AL), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Springville upgrades its record to 18-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Moody (Moody, AL) to face the Blue Devils in a 5A Area 11 outing on Thursday, September 28. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 15-11. Moody won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Altamont (Birmingham, AL)

The Bulldogs now own a 10-17 record. They take the field next when they host Cherokee County for a 4A Area 11 battle on Tuesday, September 26. Ashville will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Spring Garden (Spring Garden, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 18-11.
