The John Henry Wildcats topped the host Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's league test.

The Wildcats now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leadership Public Schools Richmond for a BACSAC test on Friday, October 6. John Henry will confront a Pumas team coming off a 3-1 league loss to AIMS College Prep (Oakland, CA). The Pumas record now stands at 0-5.

The Grizzlies (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Oakland Charter (Oakland, CA). The Matadors enter the BACSAC test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Oakland Charter was knocked off by John Henry (Richmond, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
