The Bayshore Bruins volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Gibbs Gladiators to 1 in the Bruins non-league victory on Monday.
The Bruins now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 26. Bayshore will meet a Seminoles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL). The Seminoles record now stands at 3-6.
The Gladiators (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Central (Brooksville, FL). The Bears enter the non-league game with a 2-13 record. In their last game, Central was dropped by Weeki Wachee (Weeki Wachee, FL), 3-0, in a league game.
