In Monday's league battle, the visiting Berryville Bobcats volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Gentry Pioneers.

The Bobcats (3-14) will now prepare for their battle against Clarksville (Clarksville, AR). The Panthers come into the 4A Northwest battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Clarksville nudged Gentry (Gentry, AR), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Pioneers encounter the Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR) in a 4A Northwest battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Gentry will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the battle with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lavaca (Lavaca, AR).
