The Rio Linda Knights volleyball team (Rio Linda, CA), went down 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the host Casa Roble Rams (Orangevale, CA)

The Rams (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Dixon (Dixon, CA). The Rams enter the Golden Empire League challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Dixon defeated Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights encounter the Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA) in a Golden Empire League challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Rio Linda will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Matadors enter the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA).
