The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL) and the visiting Colbert Heights Wildcats (Tuscumbia, AL), saw Waterloo's volleyball squad beat Colbert Heights by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Waterloo upgrades its record to 6-14 on the year. The Cougars host Clements (Athens, AL) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 17-9.

The Wildcats now own a 6-20 record. They play next when they travel to Phil Campbell for a 3A Area 15 bout on Thursday, September 28. Colbert Heights will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Red Bay (Red Bay, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-17.
