The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) and the host South Williamsport Mountaineers (South Williamsport, PA), saw Loyalsock Township's volleyball squad beat South Williamsport by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Loyalsock Township upgrades its record to 7-2 on the year. The Lancers host Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA) to play the Green Dragons in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Green Dragons go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Lewisburg won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Midd-West (Middleburg, PA)

The Mountaineers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Midd-West for a PIAA District IV bout on Thursday, September 28. South Williamsport will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-6.
