Virginia High School Volleyball - Magna Vista overwhelmed by William Byrd

In Monday's non-league battle, the host William Byrd Terriers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Magna Vista Warriors.
The Terriers (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles come into the Blue Ridge battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Franklin County achieved victory over Fleming (Roanoke, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) in a Piedmont battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Magna Vista will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Comets come into the battle with a 8-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA).
