The Bulldogs now have a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thorsby for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 26. Marbury will confront a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 league win over Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 4-6.

The Lions (1-15) will now prepare for their test against Percy Julian (Montgomery, AL). The Phoenix enter the 7A Area 3 test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Percy Julian gained a win over Lanier (Montgomery, AL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
