North Carolina High School Volleyball - NCSSM: Durham over Research Triangle

In Monday's league contest, the NCSSM: Durham Unicorns (Durham, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the host Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Unicorns battle the Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) in a Super Six 1A/2A contest, on Wednesday, September 27. NCSSM: Durham will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Raleigh Charter (Raleigh, NC).

With the loss, Research Triangle moves to 6-8 on the year. The Raptors travel to Raleigh Charter (Raleigh, NC) to battle the Phoenix in a Super Six 1A/2A contest on Thursday, September 28. The Phoenix go into the contest with a record of 1-6. Raleigh Charter lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC)
