With the defeat, Green River drops to 4-10 on the year. The Pirates travel to Piute (Junction, UT) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a 1A - South challenge on Friday, September 27. The Thunderbirds go into the challenge with a record of 12-5. Piute lost 9-6 in their recent league challenge against Bryce Valley (Tropic, UT)
