With the triumph, Grosse Pointe North advances its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Norsemen host Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 0-2.

The Stallions now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mott for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Sterling Heights will clash with a Marauders team coming off a 0-0 non-league Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI). The Marauders record now stands at 4-1.
