In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Saint Mary's Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins.

The Panthers (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Pride come into the challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Salesian College Preparatory was beaten by Albany (Albany, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bruins meet the Albany Cougars (Albany, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, September 30. St. Patrick-St. Vincent will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA).
