Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) and the visiting New Buffalo Bison (New Buffalo, MI), saw Bridgman's soccer squad hold off New Buffalo by a score of 2-1.

The Bees (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Trailblazers enter the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Saugatuck tipped Pentwater (Pentwater, MI), 7-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bison confront the Covert Bulldogs (Covert, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph battle, on Monday, September 30. New Buffalo will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
