The St. Charles West Warriors edged the visiting Orchard Farm Eagles softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Holt Indians (Wentzville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. St. Charles West will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.

The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Charles (St. Charles, MO). The Pirates enter the Class 3 District 7 challenge with a 4-5 record.
