In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Augusta Panthers.

The Wildcats (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils enter the District 38 challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Robertson County was beaten by Bourbon County (Paris, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Augusta will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Gallatin County (Warsaw, KY).
