The Patriots (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Warriors enter the Southern Maryland contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, La Plata notched a victory over Lackey (Indian Head, MD), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Hornets battle the St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 25. Great Mills will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC).
