In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Holyoke Purple Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Mount Everett Regional Eagles.
The Purple Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer Valley Christian (Springfield, MA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer Valley Christian was beaten by Pope Francis Prep (Springfield, MA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Taconic Thunder (Pittsfield, MA) in a Pioneer Valley - Central challenge, on Monday, September 30. Mount Everett Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
