Islamic Foundation Chargers (Villa Park, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Universal Stars (Bridgeview, IL), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Islamic Foundation improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to College Prep of America (Lombard, IL) to face the Thunder in a Metro Prep test on Thursday, September 26. The Thunder go into the test with a record of 2-11. College Prep of America lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Hinsdale Adventist Academy (Hinsdale, IL)

The Stars now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgan Park Academy for a non-league test on Friday, October 4.
