With the win, Paris improves its record to 11-9 on the season. The Greyhounds host Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 11-3.

The Royals now own a 8-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis County for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. Mason County will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Lions record now stands at 1-14.
