The Somerset Eagles prevailed the host Penns Valley Area Rams volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA) in a Laurel Highlands 2 game, on Monday, September 30. Somerset will attempt to advance on its 15-5 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 6-11 record after their 3-2 league win over Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA).

The Rams (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA). The Bison enter the Laurel Highlands 1 game with a 8-5 record.
