In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Tandem Friends Badgers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets.

The Badgers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Fighting Owls enter the Greater Piedmont challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Wakefield School was beaten by Langley (McLean, VA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) in a Greater Piedmont challenge, on Friday, September 27. Randolph-Macon Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Fighting Owls enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Langley (McLean, VA).
