Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL), 28-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Plainfield Central improves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Joliet West (Joliet, IL) to play the Tigers in a battle on Monday, September 29. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 13-4. Joliet West lost 20-0 in their recent non-league battle against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL)

The Wolves now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Oswego for a battle on Monday, September 29. Oswego East will play a Panthers team coming off a 34-6 non-league win over Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 10-8.
