The Williamson Marauders soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Sodus Spartans to 0 in the Marauders league victory on Thursday.

The Marauders now hold a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Gananda Central for a Wayne bout on Tuesday, September 30. Williamson will play a Blue Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY). The Blue Panthers record now stands at 5-3.

The Spartans (0-7) will now prepare for their game against East Rochester (East Rochester, NY). The Bombers enter the Wayne game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, East Rochester was overwhelmed by Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY), 7-0, in a non-league game.
