North Carolina High School Football - First Flight falls to Currituck County

September 25, 2025: Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948

The Currituck County Knights felled the host First Flight Nighthawks football team by a score of 14-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northeastern for a challenge on Thursday, October 2. Currituck County will face a Eagles team coming off a 22-16 non-league loss to Vance County (Henderson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.

The Nighthawks (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record.
