The Bath County Wildcats volleyball squad (Owingsville, KY), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Model Patriots (Richmond, KY)

With the win, Model improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Patriots host Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 18-3.

The Wildcats now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morgan County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 30. Bath County will battle a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 2-6.
