In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting William Monroe Dragons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the East Rockingham Eagles.
The Dragons (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA). The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a 0-10 record.
Next, the Eagles play the Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. East Rockingham will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Gobblers come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).
