In Thursday's league test, the visiting Salisbury Hornets volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Jay M. Robinson Bulldogs.
With the win, Salisbury advances its record to 4-8 on the season. The Hornets host Concord (Concord, NC) to face the Spiders in a test on Tuesday, September 30. The Spiders go into the test with a record of 6-6.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carson for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. Jay M. Robinson will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 15-1.
