The North Moore Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Jordan-Matthews Jets to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Uwharrie Charter Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. North Moore will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 10-1.

The Jets (1-15) will now prepare for their game against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 4-11 record. In their last bout, Northwood defeated Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
