The Lisle Lions volleyball squad scored 2 points and limited the visiting Reed-Custer Comets to 1 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
Next up, the Lions battle the Elmwood Park Tigers (Elmwood Park, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 27. Lisle will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record.
The Comets (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Streator (Streator, IL). The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 12-9 record. In their last bout, Streator was nudged by Manteno (Manteno, IL), 2-1, in a league match.
