Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Walkertown Wolfpack (Walkertown, NC), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Reidsville (Reidsville, NC). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record.

Next, the Wolfpack meet the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Walkertown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC).
