The Cougars now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Jay M. Robinson for a South Piedmont 4A/5A bout on Tuesday, September 30. Carson will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-1 league Salisbury (Salisbury, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, West Rowan moves to 0-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to face the Trojans in a South Piedmont 4A/5A game on Tuesday, September 30. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 4-8. Northwest Cabarrus won 6-0 in their recent league game against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC)
