Oklahoma High School Softball - Shawnee gets by Noble

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) and the visiting Noble Bears (Noble, OK), saw Shawnee's softball squad nip Noble by a score of 3-2.
With the triumph, Shawnee improves its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Wolves host Byng (Ada, OK) to battle the Pirates in a non-league bout on Friday, September 26. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 18-11. Byng lost 10-2 in their recent non-league bout against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK)
In their next game, the Bears battle the MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 29. Noble will attempt to improve on its 9-13 season record. The Highlanders enter the contest with a 9-16 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Comanche (Comanche, OK).
