North Carolina High School Volleyball - Union Academy over Albemarle

The Union Academy Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Albemarle Bulldogs to 0 in the Cardinals league triumph on Thursday.

The Cardinals now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central Academy of Technology & Arts for a non-league outing on Monday, September 29. Union Academy will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Albemarle drops to 5-6 on the year. The Bulldogs host North Rowan (Spencer, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a Yadkin Valley 2A/3A game on Monday, September 29.
