In Thursday's league test, the host Grant Lancers volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Arleta Mustangs.

With the win, Grant advances its record to 14-2 on the season. The Lancers travel to Maywood CES (Maywood, CA) to face the Wolfpack in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Wolfpack go into the test with a record of 15-10. Maywood CES won 3-1 in their recent league test against Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA)

The Mustangs now have a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Chavez for a East Valley challenge on Monday, September 29. Arleta will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mendez (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-7.
