Missouri High School Volleyball - Bakersfield overwhelmed by Couch

Couch Indians (Myrtle, MO) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Bakersfield Lions (Bakersfield, MO), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (18-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Winona (Winona, MO). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 23-1 record. In their last challenge, Winona beat Summersville (Summersville, MO), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions play the Summersville Wildcats (Summersville, MO) in a Class 1 District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Bakersfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Winona (Winona, MO).
