California High School Volleyball - Bishop Union over Desert

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) and the host Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA), observed Bishop Union's volleyball team top Desert by a count of 3-0.

The Broncos (15-10) will now prepare for their contest against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens enter the High Desert contest with a 12-13 record. In their last contest, California City was knocked off by Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Scorpions battle the Mammoth Huskies (Mammoth Lakes, CA) in a High Desert contest, on Tuesday, September 30. Desert will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 23-4 record after their 3-0 league win over California City (California City, CA).
