The Chino Cowboys (Chino, CA) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Diamond Ranch Panthers (Pomona, CA), 3-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cowboys now possess a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chaffey for a Mt. Baldy match on Tuesday, September 30. Chino will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Montclair (Montclair, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-9.
The Panthers (5-12) will now prepare for their match against Ontario (Ontario, CA). The Jaguars enter the Mt. Baldy match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Ontario notched a victory over Don Lugo (Chino, CA), 3-0, in a league match.
